Fitness classes are great for individuals who thrive in a group environment and is also perfect for individuals with a small fitness budget since it is super affordable! Sarah's classes go beyond the typical group fitness setting as she utilizes her experience and knowledge working privately with clients to create a personal training feel to her classes. You will receive individual coaching, tips and a workout that is customized for your current fitness levels so that you can maximize your results and reduce your chances of injuries.
Sarah runs her own classes out of Richmond/Knob Hill Community Hall and also contracts out at a number of private corporate gyms around Calgary.
She teaches weight lifting, circuit training, HIIT, Trx, core and spin classes.
***Unfortunately due to COVID19 Sarah has cancelled all of her classes except for her outdoor bootcamps. Indoor classes will helpfully be resuming in September. More information will be posted by the end of July.
