Group Training

Great news!  Group training is coming back... and Sarah is offering a NEW program called Learn To Lift!

Learn To Lift is a 90 day fitness program that will help you build muscle and blast fat so you are left with a more sculpted and toned physique.  Attend classes 1-2 times a week, receive additional workouts, meal plans, nutritional guidance and support and be part of a private Facebook community where you can share your successes and struggles with like minded individuals.   Most importantly, you will learn how to lift effectively, efficiently, and most importantly, safely!  Sarah has over a decade of experience teaching people how to obtain and maintain long term health and fitness success.


Sarah's classes go beyond the typical group fitness setting as she utilizes her experience and knowledge working privately with clients to create a personal training feel to her classes.  You will receive individual coaching, tips and a workout that is customized for your current fitness levels so that you can maximize your results and reduce your chances of injuries!


*To ensure the safety of participants during the current Covid19 pandemic, classes are limited to 10 people. This is to allow participants to be socially distanced during their workout and also to eliminate the sharing of equipment between participants.

  • Mondays and Thursdays at 9:30am
