Sarah's personal training services fit around your schedule and not the other way around!  Her available packages have been designed to maximize your results, minimize your injuries and break down the many common barriers people experience when starting or maintaining a fitness program.

Studio training


In studio training is provided at a private, fully equipped studio, conveniently located in Marda Loop.  The best part, no crowds, no gym membership fees, or contracts and free parking!  Need a workout space but not really a trainer? Ask Sarah about private rental options.

Mobile training

Are you a super busy person? Would you rather workout at home? Save time and avoid the hassles of going to the gym  and just have Sarah come train you in the comfort of your own home (or office).  

Online Training

If want to work with Sarah but need the freedom and flexibility to train whenever and wherever then online training is the way to go! 

Chose between one of her 90 day programs or get a custom program designed specifically for you!

Outdoor Bootcamps


Enjoy the summer weather while you work up a sweat in the sunshine!

Sarah is a TPI (Titliest Performance Institute) Level 3 Fitness Professional and a novice golfer.  She can design a fitness program that will help lower your handicap, allow you to hit the ball further, improve your consistency, eliminate aches and pains and even minimize your chances of injury and pain down the road.
