Her available packages have been designed to maximize your results, minimize your injuries and break down the many common barriers people experience when starting or maintaining a fitness program. Working with Sarah gives you the freedom to chose when and where you are going to train! All studio, mobile and online clients receive an in depth consultation and online account.

Sarah trains clients out of a private, 1500 square foot, full equipped studio, conveniently located in North Glenmore. The best part, no gym membership fees or contracts and free parking!

Mobile training is the perfect way for busy individuals to fit exercise into their schedule. You can save time and hassles and just have Sarah come train you in the comfort of your own home (or office). You don't even need any equipment. Sarah can bring everything you need in order to have an amazing workout! This option is also super popular for couples with children as it eliminates the need for childcare.

Fitness classes are great for individuals who thrive in a group environment and is also perfect for individuals with a small fitness budget since it is super affordable! ONLY $10 a class.... the best deal in town. Sarah even utilizes her experience and knowledge to create a personal training feel to her classes.
Sarah is currently running 6 week RIP programs (starting January 2020). The RIP program consists of 12 full body, barbell workouts that are designed to increase your strength, build muscle and blast fat in order to give you a more toned and sculpted physique!

If want to work with Sarah but need the freedom and flexibility to train whenever and wherever then custom online training is the way to go! Sarah's online training programs are not the typical "cookie cutter programs" or automated training systems offered by online trainers. What makes Sarah different is that she is only works with a handful of online clients. This enables her to deliver online training programs that are more effective and efficient, and will maximize your results and minimize your injuries!
Sarah performs a initial consultation with all online clients. During it she will gather info through online forms, questionnaires, videos and photos and find out what equipment you have. This information will be used to design a program specifically for you and your goals and then delivered to you using the best training software available.

Sarah is a TPI (Titliest Performance Institute) Level 3 Fitness Professional and a novice golfer. She can perform a full TPI fitness assessment screen which will test your mobility, stability, balance, motor control, strength, power and cardiovascular health. This helps identify which area of physical health is your biggest limiting factor in your golf performance. Addressing these physical limitations will help lower your handicap, allow you to hit the ball further, improve your consistency, eliminate aches and pains and even minimize your chances of injury and pain down the road.
Get your sweat on while you soak up the sun! Sarah's outdoor bootcamps run every summer and are perfect for those who would rather be outside in the summer then inside the gym. Her effective and fun 45 minute workouts are perfect for toning up and weight loss. The combination of compound weighted movements with short intense bursts of cardio is guaranteed to create a strong and lean physique . All equipment is provided as is water, sunscreen and bug spray. All you have to do is show up!
