Sarah's training services fit around your schedule and not the other way around!  Her available packages have been designed to maximize your results, minimize your injuries and break down the many common barriers people experience when starting or maintaining a fitness program.  Working with Sarah gives you the freedom to chose when and where you are going to train!
ou have the option of coming to a state of the art fitness facility located five minutes from downtown Calgary, have the convenience of having her come to you , or can chose to train absolutely wherever/whenever you want with a custom online training program.  You'll also receive a customized training program through the best personal training software on the market.   

Studio training

Come train at a beautiful, world class, customized fitness facility!  The equipment in this 15,000 square foot studio has been meticulously chosen for practical real-world training applications.  The expansive space features floor to ceiling windows providing a naturally lit space.  A centralized open space turf gives you room to really move.  Additional benefits of training with Sarah here include:

Mobile training


Mobile training saves you the hassle and time of coming to the gym and is the perfect way for busy individuals to fit exercise into their schedule. This option is also great for couples with children as it eliminates the need for childcare.  

Do you have minimal to no equipment?  No problem! Sarah can provide all the equipment you need for an amazing workout.  She can also design you an effective and efficient program using what you have available.

Corporate and group training is also offered (contact Sarah for a quote).


*Sarah only works with a select amount of mobile clients and is dependent on location so please contact her to find out about availability. 

Mobile training

3 sessions

  • 3 - 1 hour training sessions

Online Training

If want to work with a personal trainer but need the freedom and flexibility to train whenever and wherever then custom online training is the way to go!  Sarah's online training programs are not the typical "cookie cutter programs" or automated training systems offered by online trainers.  What makes Sarah different is that she is only works with a handful of online clients.  This enables her to deliver online training programs that are more effective and efficient, and will maximize  your results and minimize your injuries !

Sarah performs a initial consultation with all online clients.  During it she will gather info through online forms, questionnaires, videos and photos and find out what equipment you have. This information will be used to design a program specifically for you and your goals and then delivered to you using the best training software available.

Golf specific

Sarah is a TPI (Titliest Performance Institute) Level 3 Fitness Professional and a novice golfer.  She can perform a full TPI fitness assessment screen which will test your mobility, stability, balance, motor control, strength, power and cardiovascular health.  This helps identify which area of physical health is your biggest limiting factor in your golf performance.  Addressing these physical limitations will help lower your handicap, allow you to hit the ball further, improve your consistency, eliminate aches and pains and even minimize your chances of injury and pain down the road.

*Exclusive small group training programs available every sping and geared to get you ready for the upcoming season. Details for sping 2020 will be posted by the end of 2019. One on one personal training packages are available all year long.

Outdoor bootcamps

Get your sweat on while you soak up the sun!  Sarah's outdoor bootcamps run every summer and are perfect for those who would rather be outside in the summer then inside the gym.  Her effective and fun 45 minute workouts are perfect for toning up and weight loss. The combination of compound weighted movements with short intense bursts of cardio is guaranteed to create a strong and lean physique .  All equipment is provided as is water, sunscreen and bug spray.  All you have to do is show up!

This year bootcamps will be held at Pierce Estate Park in Inglewood.
