Want to get in shape but not a fan of hitting the gym during the summer months? Would you rather soak up the sun while you get your sweat on? Sarah feels the same way so is offering outdoor training for the months of July and August.
This bootcamp is great for individuals wanting a stronger, leaner overall physique. It's a month long program that consists of 8 sessions. Each workout is 50 minutes and consists of a warm up, full body workout and cool-down. In addition to using traditional gym equipment like dumbbells and barbells you will use a number of unique but effective pieces of equipment such as Crosscore180, Vipr and Bodyblade.
Participants are required to bring their own mat, towel and water bottle. All health guidelines regarding COVID19 prevention will be followed and no participant should attend if they are feeling unwell.
