Summer Bootcamps

Want to get in shape but not a fan of hitting the gym during the summer months?  

Would you rather soak up the sun while you get your sweat on? 

Sign up for Sarah's amazing outdoor bootcamp!

This bootcamp is great for individuals wanting a stronger, leaner overall physique.  Each workout is 60 minutes and consists of a warm up, full body workout and cool-down.  In addition to using traditional gym equipment like dumbbells and barbells you will use a number of unique but effective pieces of equipment such as Crosscore180, Vipr and Bodyblade.  I even have an outdoor squat rack!

Participants are required to bring their own towel and water bottle

Mondays @6pm (starts June 6th)

Tuesdays @10am (starts June 7th)

Wednesdays @6pm (starts June 8th)

Fridays @10am (starts June 3rd)

Saturdays @ 10am (starts June 4th)

Pick a day and time $40* for the month (4 classes) *plus gst
