Sarah feels the same way so is offering outdoor training for June 1st to end of September.
This bootcamp is great for individuals wanting a stronger, leaner overall physique. Each workout is 60 minutes and consists of a warm up, full body workout and cool-down. In addition to using traditional gym equipment like dumbbells and barbells you will use a number of unique but effective pieces of equipment such as Crosscore180, Vipr and Bodyblade. I even have an outdoor squat rack!
Participants are required to bring their own mat, towel and water bottle. All health guidelines regarding COVID19 prevention will be followed and no participant should attend if they are feeling unwell.
